• Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 5-7 business days.
- Embroidered products cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Returns/exchanges lodged after more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
• Exchanges only on products that are damaged before delivery, do not fit according to size chart, completely different colour was delivered.
• Slight variations in colour are not accepted.
• Refunds only for damaged or incorrect products.
• Sale items cannot be returned.
• Customer may be liable for the return/exchange shipping cost.
• More than 2 sets of scrubs returned can only get partial refunds. More than 4 sets returned cannot get refunded.
